A few girls and I went walking this morning and we didn't even get through three laps because it started to rain! It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten Hayden out of the house, and if you’ve ever met a two year old who’s been stuck inside for more than two days…you know how treacherous it can be! So, Timi and I decided to get our boys out of the house and go play in the play place at the mall. We each enjoyed a milk shake from Maggie Moo’s and the boys got their energy out. It was nice to chat with a girlfriend and nice to not be stuck inside or run errands for a change.
After we left the mall Hayden and I stopped by to see Grandma at work. He was so excited to see her and ran up for a big hug and wouldn’t let her go…not even to the bathroom! We walked over to see Ms. Melanie and here is the picture she snapped:

Being a mom is the best! I only hope I can have more "rainy days"

It's a little too early for him to have facial haor...lol he is so cute i wish we could see him more!
Man . . . where'd he get that gargantuan nose? Poor kid! Just kidding! He's so dang cute! I wish our kids could still play together. I think Hayden and Ainsley would have so much fun together.
Rainy days can be the best! I love being able to bake some goodies and snuggle on the couch w/the kids, watching movies w/out the guilt of "I should be getting this and that done"...
