Not such a peanut afterall

We just got back from Hayden's 3 year old well checkup and here are the stats:

39.25 inches - 80th percentile
32.5 lbs - 50th percentile

WOOHOO!!!! I think last year he was in the 10th percentile for both!

And here is a picture of my big strong healthy boy playing in his "playhouse".

So ideas for Christmas gifts: Big giant boxes :)

My kids LOVE boxes!! Why get them toys when card board boxes suffice?! :)

Big boy! So, I totally thought that was a picture of Hayden cut in four pieces and taped to that box. Der! Looks like you got a new stroller/carseat! Yay!

Toys where they use their imagination is always the best. I remember when I was little(about 7) I would tag along with my older cousins and they would build forts and such and we would stay in the woods at the edge of their parents property playing for hours. "Stuff" does not always make kids happy. It took me a long time to realize that with my daughter and a LOT of wasted money.

I think that boy will be tall if the stats hold...I was told a general rule of thumb is double the height number at 3 years old and you get his growm up height...but then I read somewhere you take the heights of the Mon & Dad, add them together and divide by 2 and you have the average height of your children...so who knows ???

I love big boxes too...kids can play for hours in them !
